The fortress of Medun (Montenegro) is one of the significant fortified architectures investigated in the 3DIMPACT interreg Project.

The ancient site is located on the pick of a rocky hill, a few kilometers from Pogdorica.

Specifically, the on-site activities carried out by the Italian, Albanian and Montenegrin Partners focused on:

- the acquisition of high-resolution images and videos by UAV (drones);

- the acquisition of high-resolution images by digital cameras;

- assessment of the architectural and morphological characteristics of the fortification and its elements.
